1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Tasami (“Tasami”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information across our company’s activities. It applies to the Tasami website, the services we deliver, the digital products and platforms we build and operate, the tools we use internally to manage projects and communication, and the client engagements through which we provide software, AI automation, marketing, and related solutions. It also applies to current and future Tasami products as they become available.
We aim to keep this policy clear and practical. If anything in it is unclear, contact us at info@tasami.co.
2. Who We Are
Tasami is a technology and digital marketing company based in Palestine. We provide software development, AI automation, digital marketing, business automation, data dashboards, UX/UI design, and digital product solutions to businesses of different sizes. Our work covers both bespoke client projects and the digital products we build under the Tasami brand.
3. Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy covers, but is not limited to, the following:
- The Tasami website (tasami.co) and any subdomains we operate.
- Contact forms and business inquiry channels offered on our website.
- Client communication, project intake, and relationship management.
- Service delivery for software, AI, automation, marketing, and design engagements.
- Software projects we build for clients, including web, mobile, and backend systems.
- AI automation tools and assistants we deliver or operate.
- Digital marketing services such as campaigns, content, and analytics work.
- Current and future Tasami products (for example Smart Reply and Modelix, and others as they are introduced).
Where a specific Tasami product, platform, or client engagement has its own additional notice or contract, that notice or contract sits alongside this policy and provides the more specific details for that context.
4. Information We Collect
The information Tasami collects depends on how you interact with us. It may include:
4.1 Contact form and business inquiry data
- Name, company name, email address, phone number, selected service or product, project budget range, and the message you send through our website forms.
- Job and career inquiries sent to info@tasami.co.
4.2 Client project information

- Access credentials, API keys, or configuration details the client provides to enable us to deliver the service (handled under our standard security practices and the engagement contract).
- Project deliverables, content, and feedback exchanged during the engagement.
4.3 Communication data
- Emails, chat messages, call notes, and meeting summaries shared between Tasami and clients or prospects.
- Records needed to manage the relationship, support requests, and ongoing operations.
4.4 Technical and usage data
- Basic log data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referrer, and pages visited on the Tasami website.
- Diagnostic data and error reports generated by our infrastructure to keep services reliable and secure.
- Aggregated usage information about how our website, tools, and products are used.
4.5 Uploaded files and creative assets
- Documents, briefs, brand guidelines, designs, product photos, model images, marketing assets, and other materials clients or users upload as part of a service or product they have engaged us for.
4.6 Account and authentication data
- Credentials and profile information for internal administrative or employee dashboards, or for product-specific accounts where applicable.
4.7 Product usage data
- Data generated as a result of using a Tasami product or platform, such as feature usage, queries made, and outputs produced — used to operate the product and to improve it.
5. Data Processed Through Tasami Products
Tasami builds and operates digital products that may process different types of data depending on the product and the client’s setup. In most product engagements, the client is the controller of the data and Tasami acts as a processor on the client’s behalf, under a written agreement that defines the permitted purposes.
Examples of how this may look across current and planned Tasami products:
- Smart Replymay process business messages, customer inquiries, order details, support requests, conversation history, and related communication data, depending on the client’s setup and the channels they connect.
- Modelix or similar AI visual tools may process uploaded images, product images, model images, brand assets, and AI-generated visual outputs when the client uses such services.
- Future Tasami productsmay process the data necessary to provide their intended functionality. When a new product launches, we will describe its specific data handling in the product’s documentation or in updates to this policy.
6. Smart Reply and Business Messaging Data
Smart Reply is one of the products operated by Tasami. It is an AI-powered customer communication and sales assistant for businesses. When a business client uses Smart Reply, our systems may process the messages and related metadata needed to read incoming customer requests, suggest or send replies, and track conversation outcomes.
Supported or planned communication channels may include WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, and other business communication channels depending on the client setup and availability. The business client decides which channels to connect and is responsible for complying with each channel provider’s policies.
End customers (the client’s own customers) should refer to that business’s own privacy notice for the primary information about how their data is handled. Tasami’s role is to provide the tooling on behalf of the business under contract.
7. Modelix and Visual Content Data
Tasami’s visual AI tools, including Modelix where available, may process visual content provided by clients or users in order to generate marketing visuals, virtual try-on previews, product previews, or related creative outputs. Depending on the setup, this can include uploaded photographs of products, models, garments, brand assets, and reference images, together with the generated outputs derived from them.
Tasami does not claim that every feature of every visual product is fully launched. Some capabilities may be in development, in pilot, or available only to specific clients. Where a feature is not yet generally available, the specific product page or the client agreement will describe what is included.
Uploaded visual content is used only to deliver the requested service, to operate and maintain the product, and where permitted by the client’s agreement, to evaluate quality and improve outputs. We do not use client-owned visual content to train external models without an explicit agreement to do so.
8. How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- Responding to inquiries submitted through our website, email, or other channels.
- Providing the services we have been engaged to deliver.
- Delivering software, automation, marketing, and design projects to clients.

- Pursuing legitimate business interests such as operating, securing, and improving our services.
- Complying with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
- Acting on a clear consent you provide, where consent is the appropriate basis.
Where local laws assign specific legal terms to these purposes, we apply them in accordance with those laws. You can contact us at info@tasami.co if you have questions about the basis for a particular processing activity.
10. Third-Party Services and Processors
Tasami relies on a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our company. These may include the following categories:
- Hosting providers that run our website and applications.
- Cloud infrastructure providers for storage, compute, and databases.

Each provider is permitted to use the data we share with it only for the purposes we have instructed and is bound by its own terms and privacy commitments.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Tasami website uses cookies and similar technologies (such as local and session storage) for purposes such as keeping the site working, remembering your language preference, and supporting our internal admin and employee areas. For details on the categories of cookies we use and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.
12. Data Sharing
Tasami does not sell personal data. We share data only in limited circumstances:
- With service providers and processors that help us operate Tasami, under appropriate agreements.
- With a business client when we are delivering a service or product on their behalf and they need the data to use that service.
- To comply with applicable laws, valid legal requests, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
- With your consent, or at your direction, in other cases that we will explain at the time.
13. Business Clients and End-Customer Data
When Tasami provides tools, automation, or products to a business client, we may process the personal data of that client’s own customers and contacts on the client’s behalf. In those situations:
- The business client is the controller of the end-customer data and is responsible for the lawful basis of processing it.
- Tasami acts as a processor under a written agreement with that client and uses the data only as instructed.
- End customers should contact the business they interacted with for primary privacy information, including the right to access or delete their data.
- Tasami can support the business client in handling such requests when required by the underlying agreement.
14. Uploaded Files, Images, and Creative Assets
For many projects and products, clients upload files such as images, product photographs, model photos, brand assets, documents, and project materials. We treat these as confidential client materials. They are used only to deliver the requested service or product, to operate and support the relevant platform, and where permitted by contract, to evaluate output quality and improve our tools.
Clients remain the owners of the materials they upload. Tasami does not use client-owned creative assets outside the agreed engagement without explicit permission.
15. Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal, accounting, and contractual obligations, and to resolve disputes.
- Contact form submissions and related correspondence are kept while we handle your enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period afterwards.
- Client project information is kept for the duration of the engagement and a defined period afterwards in line with the client agreement.
- Data processed through Tasami products on behalf of clients is retained according to the agreement with each client and is deleted or returned when no longer required.
- Aggregated or anonymised data that no longer identifies an individual may be kept for longer periods to support analytics and product improvement.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include practices such as encrypted transport, restricted access to production systems, secure development practices, and routine review of our infrastructure.
No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We work to keep our infrastructure up to date and to respond promptly if we become aware of a security issue.

You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a request:
- Send an email to info@tasami.co with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, or use the form described on our Data Deletion page.

We will review and process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period after we receive and verify them. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention reasons, in which case it will only be used for those purposes.
19. International Data Transfers
