1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the tasami.cowebsite, contacting Tasami, or engaging Tasami (“Tasami”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for any service or product, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website, services, or products.
Specific engagements (for example a software project, marketing campaign, or product subscription) are also governed by the written agreement signed for that engagement. Where that agreement and these Terms conflict, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
2. About Tasami
Tasami is a technology and digital marketing company based in Palestine. We provide software development, AI automation, workflow and business automation, data dashboards and business reporting, UX/UI design, and digital marketing services. We also build and operate digital products under the Tasami brand — for example Smart Reply (AI customer communication and sales assistant) and Modelix (AI visual content), with more products planned over time.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, our infrastructure, or any account that is not yours.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or probe the website or its underlying systems.
- Use the website or any Tasami service to transmit malware, spam, harassment, or unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Misuse forms, communication channels, or APIs (for example by submitting false information or impersonating others).
- Scrape, copy, or reuse content from the website without our prior permission.
4. Tasami Services
Tasami delivers a range of professional services. The exact scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are defined in the proposal, statement of work, or other agreement signed for that engagement. Service categories include, but are not limited to:
- Custom software development and MVPs (web, mobile, backend, API).
- AI automation, smart assistants, and AI-powered workflows.
- Workflow automation and system integrations.
- Data dashboards and business reporting.
- UX/UI design, prototyping, and design systems.
- Digital marketing, growth systems, SEO, content marketing, and brand creative.
Service descriptions on this website are intended to be informative; they are not by themselves a binding commitment to deliver a specific feature or outcome unless it is included in your signed engagement.
5. Software Projects
When Tasami builds software for a client (web, mobile, backend, automation systems, dashboards, or other custom software), the engagement is governed by the project agreement. Unless that agreement states otherwise:
- The client is responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, content, brand assets, and access where needed for delivery.
- Tasami uses reasonable professional skill and care to deliver the agreed scope.
- Changes to the scope, design, or features after work has started may require a written change order and may affect the timeline and price.
- On completion of payment milestones, the client receives the rights agreed in the project contract for the deliverables produced for that project, excluding any pre-existing Tasami tooling, libraries, or background IP, and excluding third-party software used under separate licences.
6. AI Automation Tools and AI-Generated Outputs
Some Tasami services and products use AI models — either built in-house or accessed from third-party AI providers — to generate text, images, drafts, summaries, suggestions, or automated replies. AI outputs are powerful but imperfect.
- AI-generated outputs are provided on an “as is” basis and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results.
- The client and end users are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them, sending them to customers, or making decisions based on them.
- Tasami does not guarantee that AI outputs are unique, fit for any specific purpose, or compliant with any specific regulation.
- You will not use Tasami AI features to generate content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that violates the rights of others.
7. Digital Marketing Services
When Tasami runs digital marketing or growth engagements (campaigns, content, SEO, paid media, analytics), the client is responsible for the legality of the underlying business, claims, offers, and creative approvals. Performance forecasts or benchmarks shared during scoping are estimates only and not guarantees. Tasami works in good faith to deliver against the agreed objectives within the agreed budget and timeline.
8. Tasami Products and Platforms
Tasami operates digital products under its own brand. Examples include Smart Reply, Modelix, and other products that may be released over time. Some features described on this website or in product pages may be in development, in pilot, or available only on specific plans or setups. The features actually available to you are those stated in your product agreement, plan description, or current subscription.
Tasami may improve, change, or retire product features over time. When a change materially affects a paying client, we will provide reasonable advance notice.
9. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and complete materials needed for service or product delivery.
- Keep account credentials, API keys, and access tokens confidential and secure.
- Comply with applicable law and with the policies of any third-party platforms you connect (for example business messaging channels you connect to Tasami products).
- Obtain any necessary consent from end users (such as customers whose data may be processed through a Tasami tool you use) and provide them with appropriate privacy information.
- Pay invoices on the agreed schedule.
10. Third-Party Integrations
Tasami services and products may integrate with third-party platforms (for example business messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, or other communication services; cloud infrastructure; analytics; payment processors; AI service providers). When you choose to use these integrations:
- You are responsible for accepting and complying with the terms and policies of each third-party platform.
- The availability, behaviour, fees, and policies of those platforms are controlled by the third party and may change without notice.
- Tasami is not responsible for outages, account suspensions, policy changes, or other actions taken by a third-party platform, and any limitation of liability they impose flows through to the part of our service that depends on them.
11. Uploaded Content and Client Materials
Clients and users upload materials to Tasami for service and product delivery — including text, documents, images, product photos, model photos, brand assets, datasets, and other creative or business materials. By uploading materials you confirm that:
- You own the materials or have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to upload them and to allow Tasami to process them as part of the agreed service or product.
- The materials do not infringe third-party intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, and are not unlawful, defamatory, or harmful.
- You grant Tasami a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transform, and display the materials to the extent needed to deliver the service or product.
Tasami does not use client-owned creative assets outside the agreed engagement without explicit permission. See our Privacy Policy for details on how uploaded data is handled.
12. Payments, Fees, and Project Terms (General)
Specific fees, payment schedules, currencies, and refund terms are defined in the agreement signed for the engagement. As a general framework, unless your agreement states otherwise:
- Project work is billed on milestones; ongoing services and product subscriptions are billed on a recurring schedule.
- Invoices are payable within the timeframe stated on the invoice.
- Late payments may pause work until accounts are current.
- Out-of-pocket third-party costs (for example paid media, software licences, infrastructure usage) are billed at cost or pre-approved markup.
- All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which the client is responsible for where required by law.
13. No Misuse
You agree not to use the Tasami website, services, or products to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, scams, or harassment.
- Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the security of any system.
- Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
- Misrepresent your identity, your business, or your relationship with Tasami.
Tasami may suspend or terminate access to its services or products if a user materially breaches these Terms or the underlying agreement.
14. Intellectual Property
The Tasami name, logo, website design, product designs, source code of Tasami products, documentation, and all related content (excluding content you provide) are owned by Tasami or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use any of these without our prior written consent.
Custom deliverables produced for a specific client project are governed by the IP terms of that signed project agreement. Tasami retains ownership of its background IP (its reusable tooling, libraries, frameworks, and pre-existing know-how) regardless of the engagement.
15. Confidentiality
Each party will treat information shared in the course of an engagement that is marked or reasonably understood as confidential with reasonable care, and will not disclose it to third parties except to its own personnel and contractors on a need-to-know basis. This obligation does not apply to information that is public, already known to the receiving party, or required to be disclosed by law.
16. Disclaimers
The website, services, and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasami disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in a signed agreement.
Tasami does not warrant that services or products will be uninterrupted, error-free, fully accurate, or secure against every possible threat. AI-generated outputs in particular may be incorrect or incomplete and require human review.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tasami will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the website, services, or products.
For any paid service or product, Tasami’s total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Tasami for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tasami harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your misuse of the website, services, or products; your breach of these Terms or any signed agreement; your violation of any third-party rights; or your violation of applicable law.
19. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy, and our Data Deletion process. By using the website, services, or products, you acknowledge those policies.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new services or products, new legal requirements, or improvements to how we describe things. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when we do. Continued use of the website after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Tasami operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction apply. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through discussion before pursuing other remedies.
22. Contact
For any question about these Terms, contact us at info@tasami.co or through our contact page.
